Eva Bian

Managing Partner

Ms. Bian is the Managing Partner of EELION capital and member of the firm’s Investment Committees.
Ms. Bian served world’s top 500 multi-national corporations General Electric, Dow Corning and Central SOE Sinochem in China in her career. She was formerly Head of Strategic Department at Sinochem International responsible for corporate strategy and M&A, and Global Segment Leader of business unit responsible for corporate operation and administration at Dow Corning.
Ms. Bian has over 15 years’ experiences in corporate operation and administration, strategy and M&A specialized in chemical, advanced material and manufacturing industry.
She successfully led and operated M&A deals over 10 billion RMB including domestic, oversea listed companies and seasoned equity offerings.

Ms.Bian holds MBA from Peking University, Master, and dual-bachelor of Engineering from Shanghai JiaoTong University

Keran Lin

Managing Partner

Mr. Lin is the Managing Partner of EELION Capital and member of the firm’s Investment Committees.
He possesses over 10 years of experiences across corporate administration and investment. He was formerly senior executive of Daimler Mercedes-Benz JV, and before that head of China operation for a European leading lighting company.
Mr. Lin has been responsible for investment and the management of 5 billion+ RMB business in automotive market and network investment.
He also successfully setup and manage over 3 billion retail financing business in East China. He has lavish experiences and connections in the areas of high-end manufacturing, retail management, and investment of these areas.

Mr. Lin holds a bachelor of computer engineering from Zhejiang University Master from University of New South Wales

Denny Lu

Industry Advisor

Mr. Lu has over 30 years of comprehensive experiences across corporate management and business leader, investment and integration in chemical related industry. He was formerly worked for Advanced Materials BU of General Electric as General Manager of Strategic dept. in China, CEO for Achem Technology Corp, and as senior positions in Delsolar and Neo Solar Power, leading the global business as well as M&A activity in acquiring clean energy companies. Denny is now the Vice Chairman of Raycong Industrial (H.K.) leading the company’s organic and inorganic growth driven by high performance materials, chemicals and industrial. He has been dealing with economic cycles of different business in chemical, advanced materials and related areas, leading strategic and financial investment projects domestically and overseas. Mr. Lu holds an MBA from National Chen-Chi University and Bachelor of Chemical Engineering from National Central University in Taiwan.

David He

Management Advisor

Mr. He holds many years of successful experiences in strategic investment, M&A and operation management in high-tech field. He was formerly president of ROYAL DSM Asia pacific, led DSM China corporate strategy M&A function.
He successfully completed 5 M&A projects, and worked as the CEO of the acquired companies to proceed the post-investment management and achieved the integration goals.
He also completed a 1.3 billion USD M&A deal of a well-known biological medicine company when he was in Pfizer.
He represented WOLVERINE VENTURE fund to invest and exit 3 biological and medical devices companies in U.S.
And He also led successful IPOs of a number of domestic companies on the US stock market in 2004, acting as the independent director to participate in the management.

Mr.He is a graduate from Beijing University major in Chemistry; Doctor of chemistry, University of California at Davis; Postdoctoral Researcher Fellow, National High Magnetic Field Laboratory; MBA, ROSS business school, University of Michigan

Bai Yi

Strategy Advisor

Ms. Bai, Vice President of China National Petroleum and Chemical Planning Institute, professor of engineering, is an expert of petrochemical industry. Awarded Special government allowances of the State Council in the year of 2000, she participated in compiling the Ninth, Tenth, Eleventh and Twelfth Five-year Plan of National Chemical Industry and was involved in assessing more than 100 different petrochemical projects and plans. In addition, she led the planning of overall and regional schemes for 40-odd large enterprises and chemical industrial zone.

Michael Pan

Investment Director

Mr. Pan has a composite background of medical and law. He has lavish experiences across investment to product management and successfully completed a number of product development and investment /financing projects.
He previous worked in well-known medical and finance groups as senior executives, such as ChiaTai Pharmaceutical investment (001177HK) ,Far East Leasing and HaiTong futures.
He has established connections in investment and medical field.

Mr. Pan holds a bachelor of clinic medicine from Suzhou University; Master of law, East China University of politics and law

Calvin Cheung

Investment Director

Mr. Cheung has more than 10 years strategic consulting experiences in retail, chemicals and finance.
He previously worked in HangSeng Bank, Bayer AsiaPacific and Richemont Group as senior executives and completed a number of strategic/investment consulting projects.
Mr Cheung has solid corporate strategy and management experience across a wide variety of industries, advised international hedge fund and PE fund, designed and implemented a few corporate restructure projects in China & HK successfully.

Mr.Cheung holds a honor’s degree in Actuarial and statistical studies from University of Hong Kong; MBA, University of Hong Kong

Katie Chiu

Investment Director

Ms. Chiu has more than 10 years’ experience in banking and securities sector.
She has previously worked in Lehman Brother Japan, Okasan Securities and Bank of Tokyo Mitsubishi UFJ. She has vast experience across real estate investment and trading. She has deep understanding of markets and established relationships in Australia, Japan and Hong Kong.

Ms.Chiu holds a bachelor of Commerce majoring in Finance from the Macquarie University in Australia.

Dorin Hu

Investment Manager

Ms. Hu has formerly worked in securities company and Deloitte Consulting. She had the experiences in large domestic trust company advisory projects and a successful chemical industry company IPO project in China stock market. She has completed more than 300 million RMB investment of projects for EELION capital. Ms. Hu has excellent financial analysis & market research skills. She has successfully completed a number of industry studies in advanced materials industry independently and leading the team, as well as due diligence job for projects.

Ms. Hu holds a Master of accounting from East China University of Science and Technology.

Odile Wang

PR & Communication Supervisor

Odile formerly worked at the media center of SMG (Shanghai Media Group) as senior journalist. She graduated from the school of public administration, Fudan University and now is currently responsible for EELION’s investor relations and public affairs. She has extensive connections and experiences in finance and economy media, and plays a leading role in the planning and guidance of corporate investor relations, in order to create and maintain the company's public image.

Lily Zhu

Operation Manager

Ms. Zhu has formerly worked for the SOE - New Huangpu Group, served in sales & marketing function before join EELION capital. Ms. Zhu currently assists managing partners to plan and coordinate company operation, participate in improving the fund's efficiency; support the company's financial, administrative, human resources management and coordinating across departments in EELION capital.
